As you know, we had the home on the market for six months with another agent, working for a major area real estate agency, before we decided to work with you. Brian graciously stepped in at the last minute when my other agent failed to set up appointments to show me a list of properties.  I was trying to find an apartment in Houston on short notice, so I did not have time to waste.  I found a great place, and he ensured that the listing agent processed my application quickly.  I appreciated that he saw the transaction through to the end instead of leaving me to deal with the details of getting the application, lease, and payments to the listing agent.  Even though apartments in Houston are not Brian's focus, he did an excellent job and handled the situation far more professionally than the agent who specialized in Houston rentals.
